By accessing or operating the FlowMoney platform workspace (provided by UmmeedLabs), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept all specifications of this legal framework, you are prohibited from utilizing our database synchronizations, vector analysis tools, and workspace templates.
When establishing credentials inside our database, you warrant that all information submitted is complete and accurate. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your workspace session. We operate under zero-liability parameters for unauthorized account modifications resulting from client-side security leaks.
Access to Pro Intel and Ultimate Premium configurations requires active payment processing through our billing providers (such as Paddle). All recurring transactions, licensing metrics, and renewals are charged according to the selected monthly or annual cycle. Failure to settle outstanding invoices results in automatic downgrading to the Free Core tier.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass any security features, licensing constraints, or algorithmic pipelines running inside the FlowMoney platform code structures. Any diagnostic evidence of malicious system injection, credential harvesting, or request overload results in immediate tier termination.
In no event shall FlowMoney, UmmeedLabs, or its developers be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of fluid balance indices, transaction logging discrepancies, or savings calculations) arising from your access to or inability to reach the workspace servers.
We reserve the absolute right to alter, deprecate, or suspend any platform feature, visual breakdown chart, or API connection sequence at any time to preserve core system integrity without prior notification.
