Understanding how your financial vectors, data nodes, and transaction streams are parsed and stored securely.
We process data records to enable visual ledger displays inside your workspace dashboard. This includes transaction descriptions, value amounts, category categorizations, savings metrics, and subscription renewal frequencies. If Firebase is connected, this information is stored securely in Firestore; otherwise, it remains entirely localized in your device browser storage cache.
We utilize localized cookie storage tokens to remember your UI palette configuration selection, current billing cycle, and active dashboard configurations. These records are used strictly to maintain state integrity across browser reloads.
When upgrading subscription plans to Pro or Premium, payment details (credit card metrics, invoicing parameters) are handled directly by our security-compliant payment gateway (such as Paddle). FlowMoney does not store or inspect raw credit card profiles on its servers.
You maintain total, complete ownership over your financial logs. At any time, you can clear all localized transaction records from your workspace panel settings, or request permanent deletion of your Firebase Firestore records by reaching support at: .
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon updating this sub-route. We suggest checking back periodically to review our information security framework updates.
